MechAPM uses information submitted through this website to evaluate prospective engagements, respond to inquiries and operate the website. We do not sell personal information.

Information we receive

If you use the inquiry form, we may receive your name, company, work email, role, selected pressure point and any information you include in your message. If you contact us directly, we receive the information contained in that correspondence.

How the information is used

We use submitted information to respond to you, understand whether the requested workload fits MechAPM's services, prepare a possible pilot scope, maintain business records and protect the security and operation of the website.

Service providers

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed through Formspree, and business correspondence is handled through Microsoft 365. These providers may process information as necessary to deliver their respective services and under their own privacy terms.

Website analytics

Basic website analytics may be collected to understand page visits, browser type, approximate region and site performance. This information is used to improve the website and is not used by MechAPM to build advertising profiles.

Retention and protection

Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed for the business relationship, recordkeeping, security and legal obligations. We use practical administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request that MechAPM correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legitimate recordkeeping or legal requirements. You may also contact us without using the website form.
